Entertainment Building: A ground plus three structure

A) Reception
A delightful structure dedicated to the sole purpose of keeping you in good humour. The décor here is minimalist, with modern lines. It draws heavily on elements of indigenous architecture, blending seamlessly with its surroundings.

It was imperative that the structure coexist with the soaring peaks and dazzling ocean views of this part of Alibaug. The lobby also provides access to the health spa and theatre facilities on the upper levels. Plenty of sunlight makes the lobby a cosy space.
B) In house theatre
This unique space has provisions for satellite TV, audio and video players, all secreted discreetly for private movie showings. It is all arranged aesthetically and subtly built into a cabinet.
C) Gymnasium
The high ceilings and large windows help maintain a strong link with the hotel’s natural setting.
D) Enclosed terrace and bar
Access to this is via a flight of stairs or private elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs to the third floor. It was decided that the elevator would stop below in order to avoid ruining the panoramic view from the third floor.
E) Staircase to all floors
There are three flights and landings on the first, second and third storeys. The staircase has marble matching the flooring of the entire building. The emphasis here is on simplicity. The landings are laid with wood panelling, while the first flight is clad in marble.

F) Elevator to second floor
The emphasis, here, is on location, location, location.

URVILLAS: SLEEK, SPACIOUS, AND WITH A VIEW!

The concept of a second home away from the city, or a weekend home, is increasingly gaining prominence in India. The big problem is maintenance and construction, which turns out to be quite expensive. We have, therefore, employed a caretaker to maintain the property. We give customers the option of entrusting us with the maintenance of their property at a nominal rate. For the stressed out, the idea of a bolt-hole can lend years to an ailing relationship.

We recognise that luxury homes are identified by the kind of materials used. We use German fittings, more automation in terms of curtain, light and motion control, VRV air-conditioning systems instead of split ACs and branded modular kitchens Poggenohol kitchens, among other things. The aim is to make life and easy as possible and get things done at the touch of a button.
